Weight Watcher journey back to lifetime

I will track and journal - If you bite it, write it - most important

I had lost over 35 pounds and exercised daily. Getting to goal was only about 10 pounds away. Clothes fit, easy to shop, lots of compliments, glancing in the mirror, feeling satisfied not stuffed or bloated.

Then I got LAX, really just eating anything I felt like and in any quantities, gaining back 10 pounds. Lots of binging - huge candy bar -special trip to store to get it (getting cash back so it looked like I came for cash, not the candy bar) AND bags of Milano's -you know that expensive bag of Pepperidge Farm cookies, with 15 cookies, Orange is my favorite, but it was ON SALE. I always eat the whole bag - all 15 cookies at once.

Today, I started to track again in my 3 Month Journal. I recalculated my daily Points - mine is 20.I will look up and check points and quantities (servings) on each item and try to get it before I eat it.
So far so good, I wrote down food, but left the points to check again. Before dinner, I added them up. I had had Bailey's Irish cream in my coffee - oh no, that cup with milk takes 3 points. My girlfriend, Jeanette, who is a awesome cook, gave me 3 blueberry cupcakes, homemade of course. I had 1 at lunch and was going out to take another to "hold me" to dinner. I looked up the points first =6 points! so took 1/2 slice of fresh pineapple to hold me. There was spagetti waiting for dinner, which came from St Anne's last spagetti supper on Friday night. It will be 4 pts for a cup and 2 small meatballs may get by as 3 pts. Good I have a bag of greens for 0 and I do not use much dressing, I can get veggies and dressing for 1 pt. I will have blueberrys later for a snack, which will fit in the1 pt aleady reserved for them.
Enen this will add up to 7 points over for the day. There go 7 of my 35 extra weekly points! only 28 extras left until Friday.
