Sled dog demos at Denali National Park

The sled dogs patrol the park in the winter. In the summer they give demos 3 times a day.

Carlo, the sled dog, looks like a happy dog. They all look in good shape. I wonder if they ever get to run loose? For the summer demos, what do they pull the sled on since there didn't appear to be any snow around?
